About Hilltop Cattle Co
About Us
Here at Hilltop Cattle Co., ranching is more than what we do — it is who we are. As 5th generation ranchers on both sides of our family, we come from a long line of people who understood the value of hard work, good land, healthy livestock, and honest food.
Our family is nestled in the Ouachita Mountains, surrounded by the forested grasslands that help sustain both our cattle and our children. It is here that my wife and I are raising our four kids — two boys and two girls — with the same appreciation for land, livestock, family, and responsibility that was passed down to us.
Choosing this way of life is intentional. As parents, one of our greatest driving forces is thinking about the world our children will grow up in and the values they will carry forward. We want them to understand where food comes from, what it means to care for animals, and why trust matters — especially when it comes to the meals we serve the people we love.
At Hilltop Cattle Co., our goal is simple: to provide a trustworthy, sustainable source of beef for families who care about their health, their table, and the food they bring into their homes. We believe people should feel confident in the main course they serve. They should know it was raised with care, respect, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Our cattle are raised in a place we are blessed to call home, on land that has shaped our family for generations. Every decision we make is guided by stewardship, sustainability, and the responsibility we feel to our customers, our livestock, and the next generation.
When you choose Hilltop Cattle Co., you are choosing more than beef. You are choosing a family ranch that values trust, sustainability, and the wellbeing of the people gathered around your table.
From our hilltop in the Ouachita Mountains to your family’s table, we would be honored to partner with you in making every meal something you are proud of.
From Our Family Ranch to Your Table
At Hilltop Cattle Co., every meal starts with trust. We believe families should feel confident in the beef they bring home, proud of the meals they serve, and connected to the people and land behind their food.
That belief guides the way we ranch every day. From caring for our cattle to stewarding the land that sustains them, we make decisions with purpose, responsibility, and respect. Our goal is not just to raise beef, but to provide a dependable source of nourishment for families who care about quality, sustainability, and doing things the right way.
When you choose Hilltop Cattle Co., you are choosing beef raised with intention by a family ranch that values honesty, stewardship, and the wellbeing of the people gathered around your table.
